Trading fees from a permanently locked liquidity pool are claimed in SOL, converted to dollars, and spent on ordinary open-market purchases of one small US-listed company at a time.

Accumulation stops dead at 9.9% of that company's shares outstanding, one tenth of a percent below the threshold that would make us an insider. Beneficial ownership is measured against the class outstanding, not the tradable float, so that is the number the cap is set on. The name is then frozen and the next one begins.

Nothing is ever sold, lent, margined or trimmed. There is no mechanism by which a position can leave. The counter for shares sold since inception runs across the top of this page and it reads zero.

None of that requires your trust. Money leaving is a Solana address. Shares arriving is a filing we sign for the SEC under penalty of perjury. Both are public, and neither is published by us alone.

The Proof · two ledgers that have to agree

You are not asked to trust us.

Money leaving is a public Solana address that anyone can watch. Shares arriving is a federal filing that we sign under penalty of perjury. Neither record is published by us alone. If they ever stop agreeing, you will see it before we can explain it.

Crossing 5% of a company forces a Schedule 13G on EDGAR within five business days. That filing is the receipt, and lying on it is a crime.

The List · the screened universe

Fifty names, in order.

Every name is US-listed and screened on float, liquidity and dilution history. We work down the list in order. A name closes at 9.9% and stays closed forever. Nothing is ever sold to fund the next one.

The Buying Policy · published in advance, followed without exception

We took our own hands off the wheel.

Every purchase is computed from the treasury balance by a fixed formula. Nobody decides when to buy, how much, or at what price. The rules are published here first so that you can check our fills against them afterwards.

§ A
Fixed schedule, fixed size.
Order size is a set fraction of the treasury balance read at a published block. No human chooses the number.
§ B
Limit orders only.
Inside the spread. We never pay above the prevailing offer and we never chase a print.
§ C
Never near the close.
No orders in the closing auction or the final thirty minutes. The closing price is not ours to touch.
§ D
No timing around posts.
Purchase timing is set by the schedule alone and never coordinated with anything we publish.
The Vault · filled and frozen, permanently

What we own and can never sell.

A name arrives here the day it reaches the cap. Nothing has ever left. There is no mechanism by which anything can.

The vault is empty. It stays that way until the first name reaches 9.9%, and then that name never leaves it.

The Receipts · every purchase, hashed on chain at execution

Each buy, and the hash that fixes it in time.

Copy any row into the verifier below and your browser will recompute its hash. If it matches what sits on Solana, that receipt has not been touched since the moment it was written.

SeqTrade dateTicker SharesPriceGross ConfirmSHA-256
No purchases yet. The first receipt appears the day the first order fills, with its hash already written to Solana.
Verify It Yourself · runs in your browser, not on our server

Do not take our word for any of it.

Every purchase produces a receipt. The moment it executes we hash that receipt and write the hash into a Solana transaction from the treasury. We publish the full receipt afterwards. Paste one below and your own browser will recompute the hash. If it matches what is on chain, that receipt existed at that block and has not been touched since. If it does not match, we edited something, and you will know.

This proves we have not rewritten history. It does not by itself prove the trade happened, because we author the receipt. That is what the broker confirmation, the quarterly attestation and, above 5% of a company, the Schedule 13G are for. We would rather explain the limit of a proof than let you overestimate it.

The Rules · all four of them
§ 1
Fees buy shares.
Trading fees from the locked liquidity position are claimed, converted to dollars, and spent on ordinary open-market purchases of the active name.
§ 2
Stop at 9.9%.
Above 10% a holder becomes a Section 16 insider with permanent reporting duties. We stop below it every time, with no exceptions and no rounding.
§ 3
Then move on.
A filled name is frozen and the next one on the list opens. Moving on has only ever meant we stop buying. It has never meant selling.
§ 4
Never sell.
No position is ever sold, lent, margined or trimmed. Shares sold since inception is zero, and that counter runs across the top of this page.
